Lisa Staas

MS, RDN

Owner

Lisa’s interest in nutrition began in high school when her mother had a heart attack. Lisa recognized the important role that nutrition can play in maintaining health. Her interest in nutrition grew from a desire to stay healthy into a passion to help others to do the same. 

Throughout her career, Lisa has worked in various areas of nutrition. Partnering with personal trainers, she has developed weight-management programs at organizations such as the Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia and the Burlington County YMCA. Additionally, she worked with clients in Adult Weight Management programs in a large Southern Jersey health system. 

Lisa counsels individual clients and groups. Most recently, she has been developing individualized plans for clients taking GLP-1 medications to help them achieve their goals. Lisa is known for her compassionate coaching style, leading clients toward more intentional eating and teaching them tools to finally accept what it takes to reach their goals. 

Education and Affiliations

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. She holds an MS in health education, with a concentration in nutrition marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Lisa holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Lisa is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the New Jersey Dietetic Association. She has actively worked to assist the organization in obtaining state licensure for registered dietitian nutritionists.

With over 20 years of experience in health and nutrition, Lynne left her role in a large Southern Jersey health system in 2012 to start her private practice. She co-founded Know It All Nutrition, LLC in Marlton, NJ. The practice continues to thrive. Lynne finds great fulfillment helping clients achieve healthier, happier lives through personalized nutritional counseling.

Before starting her practice, Lynne gained clinical expertise as an inpatient dietitian in intensive care and surgical settings. She also led community nutritional services, managed outpatient nutrition, and helped establish weight management and bariatric programs.

Lynne has dedicated her career to empowering individuals to improve their health through evidence-based nutrition. She creates a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing the many factors that influence their health and well-being. Through her compassionate approach, she helps clients build sustainable habits that lead to long-term success.

Lynne is a trusted expert in her field. She has served as a guest speaker for the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University, sharing her expertise with future nutrition professionals. Lynne and her clients have been featured in SJ Magazine, Health Savvy, and The Trend.

Lynne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Montclair State University and completed her dietetic internship at the College of Saint Elizabeth. She holds a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management and is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
